We manufacture Radiators conforming to DIN 42559 and IEEMA (Indian Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Association) and specific customer specifications .

Our Radiator panels are manufactured on a fully automatic machine with no human intervention so as to minimize leakages to nil . Superior Welding systems are used so as to minimize leakages .

Standard thickness of panels used is 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm

Our Painting systems conform to ISO 12944 and SSPC standards .

We provide different painting schemes as per customer specifications , with different DFT requirements .

Spray Galvanized radiators coated with any of the Paint schemes as per Customer Specifications is available .

Our Radiators are cleaned from inside at various stages of manufacturing to ensure that no metallic impurity remains inside the radiator and are then cleaned finally by purging air The internal surface of radiators is then internally coated with phenolic hot oil resistant varnish with a temperature index of 120 degree celcius .

The radiators are then flushed with Transformer oil as per Customer requirement.
